HR Bridge is a UK-based online recruitment platform connecting verified employers and verified candidates through www.hr-bridge.co.uk (“Website”).
By accessing or using our Website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using HR Bridge.

1️⃣ Definitions
“Candidate” – any individual who registers, creates an account, or applies for employment through HR Bridge.
“Employer” – any business, company, or organisation that posts job vacancies or accesses candidate information via HR Bridge.
“Verified” – confirmation by HR Bridge that documentation or information has been checked through available sources such as HMRC, Companies House, educational institutions, or previous employers.
“Services” – the recruitment, verification, and advertising services provided by HR Bridge through the Website.

2️⃣ Use of the Website
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2.2 You agree to use HR Bridge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2.3 HR Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform.

3️⃣ Account Registration
3.1 Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
3.2 Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activities under their account.
3.3 You must promptly update your details if any information changes.

4️⃣ Candidate Verification
4.1 Candidates may be required to provide documents including but not limited to identification, educational certificates, and employment history.
4.2 A one-time verification fee is payable before HR Bridge conducts verification.
4.3 HR Bridge may contact educational institutions, former employers, or other relevant sources to verify submitted information.
4.4 HR Bridge will never alter or falsify candidate data and provides verified information “as obtained” from original sources.
4.5 Verified status may be revoked if later information proves inaccurate or misleading.

5️⃣ Employer Verification
5.1 All employers are verified through official UK sources such as Companies House and/or HMRC records.
5.2 Employers must provide accurate company information and agree to HR Bridge’s verification process before posting vacancies.
5.3 Employers remain solely responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions and for compliance with UK employment laws.

6️⃣ Job Listings and Applications
6.1 HR Bridge acts as an intermediary platform and does not employ candidates or guarantee employment outcomes.
6.2 Employers are responsible for their recruitment decisions.
6.3 HR Bridge may remove or reject any listing that is misleading, discriminatory, or violates UK employment or equality legislation.

7️⃣ Fees and Payments
7.1 Candidate verification fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once verification begins.
7.2 Employer posting fees are due at the time of purchase.
7.3 Prices are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
7.4 HR Bridge reserves the right to adjust pricing but will honour existing paid plans until expiry.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, graphics, and software on HR Bridge are owned by or licensed to HR Bridge and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9️⃣ Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 HR Bridge complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Personal information is processed only for legitimate recruitment purposes.

9.4 By using HR Bridge, you consent to data processing and verification checks as described.

🔟 Limitation of Liability
10.1 HR Bridge provides the platform “as is” and makes no guarantee of employment or hiring.
10.2 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or cost resulting from:
inaccurate information provided by users;
decisions made by employers or candidates;
technical interruptions or unauthorised access.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.

HR Bridge may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
you breach these Terms;
you provide false or misleading information; or
continued access would harm the integrity or reputation of HR Bridge.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
